The product is really good hence 2 starts but even after speaking to an agent I got the wrong size. Do not take the measurement of the cat on all fours. Their back is shortest here. Take it while they are sat and their back is their longest. There is no exchange policy despite the communication to ensure you have the right size. Not happy unfortunately.
