    Suction hook cannot bear the weight of the toy and can’t even stay in place when the cat plays with it

      Thank you for shopping with us. For the suction cup to hold, the surface must be smooth, flat and clear of dust and moisture. We found that it works best on surfaces such as glass (window or table) and fridge doors. Try again and let us know how it goes!

      Dear Josephine, from looking at the video, it seems the tiles have a texture and so caannot create an airtight surface for the toy to stick. Try with a smooth surface such as a fridge door, window pane etc.
